Where is your company located?

Chiavari Chair Rental is conveniently located in Superior Township, MI, just West of Plymouth, MI.

What areas do you service?

We currently serve Southeast Michigan and surrounding areas. Delivery cost varies by location and venue.

How do I reserve my chairs and other decor items?

We are more than happy to check on availability for your event. We will need the following information:

  • Number of Chairs needed
  • Chair Color Preference
  • Date of Event
  • Location of Event

When do I pay for my chairs and rental decor items?

A 50% refundable deposit is required to reserve your chairs. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment: Personal Check, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.

What if I need fewer chairs than I initially reserved?

If your final count is less than your initial reservation, than your remaining balance will be adjusted accordingly. Your final count may not be reduced by more than 10%. The final count must be in 2 weeks prior to the event.

What are your chairs made of?

Our chairs are made of high-quality wood.
